The concept behind to make the is cage automation, in which we can get best quality with higher production. We have 50 ton and 150 ton Press for cup forming production with auto feed. After making the cup, from Facing to spreading we set the auto line in which the cage moves itself after particular operation. Notching-Coining blocks are manufactured in In-house with high accuracy. Pacific Pressing Industries is technically competent to offer cages in different surface finishes such as Vibro finished, Shot Blasted. Cages are packed in corrugated boxes with 5 ply in plastic bag. Labels are stick on every box for identification with Part no., Batch no., Customer name, Quantity, A Type of finish, manufacturing date etc.
